Well, anyone who reads this probably already knows our news of moving to OH. House hunting on line has been filling up those normally free hours of the weeks. Boxes, that we ordered on line, should be arriving today. Now guess what I get to do? :) Keeping our place down here will also give Mom & Dad Ebert a place to hang out. Those arrangements are getting worked out. (The park has some strict rules that we are working with!) I think we'll name our FL place "D-Frost." I have an overwhelming peace, that is for sure coming from the Lord, about all the details.
We fly out Sunday for a week of house-hunting. Be praying for us. God will provide.

Easter 08
He is Risen! He has risen indeed!
Was missing the sunrise service on Hilltop this year. What great memories. We had another wonderful service at our church. Putting the flowers on the cross is a highlight for me.
This year we discovered a nest of new bunnies under our canoe, down by the water's edge.

I'm back again!
Yes, It was a great trip to NC while Papa/Dan was off to VA Bch. Mary Jo (aka MJ) and I had a blast. She lives in Mt Airey which is the home place and filming location of Andy Griffith and his show! We drove up to VA on the Blue Mt. Parkway and saw an alpaca farm (small lamas) and I bought some wool to make myself a warm scarf for....Oh, ya, the next bit of news... we are moving to OH. But that's another story! Here are some fun shots of NC and VA!

Lunch with Susan
It was a great time together with lots of laughter. Jo found a great shrimp place in St. Pete and although the shrimp was tempting, I went for blackened grouper. AHhhhhhhhhh, yummy! It was wonderful to see Susan, her mom and grandmother, Helen. I'm so glad Heidi was able to also join us. Sonya, we missed you!

He's how old?
We had Daniel's family over for his birthday dinner a week after he turned 31. Is it really possible my children are that old? :) We kept Gabe that week for a few hours, so am putting his picture in, too.

CR Transformation
Well, It's the 10th of Jan and our main "CR" (aka "bathroom" for non-Pilipinos) is getting a redo! Jen got it started by saying, "What's under the wall paper, Mama?" What else, but more paneling. It has been primed and painted a very neutral tan and will be accented with a dark maroon for now. A new light fixture (thank you Jen!) hangs over the new mirror. I hope to get a large piece of mirror cut to cover the "doors" of the inset cupboards that are on both sides of the new mirror. It's coming along. New tile on the floor will someday make that look better. All in time. When the curtains get hung and I finish the insides of the cupboards (white), I'll take pictures.

Happy New Year. We actually had to turn on the heater today after having temps in the 80's. It's just a few short days and they say we'll be back to the upper 70's on Friday. :) WE LOVE FLORIDA.
All this celebrating going on around us and yet our hearts are sad with the news that Pastor Noel Guina (from the Philippines) has died suddenly leaving his wife, Juliet, and their 3 year old son to carry on. Noel and Juliet were both graduates from our Bible School. To be absent from the body and present with the Lord is far better... but we still mourn his loss. Please pray for Juliet.
We are also praying for Malou as she lost Nilo this time last year.
Blessings on this new year! Even so come, Lord Jesus.
